イタリア北部ピエモンテ州は、中部トスカーナ州と並び、イタリアで最高峰のワインを生み出す地域です。

そのピエモンテ州で古くから評価されている生産地域のワインの今を紐解きながら、ピエモンテの白を代表する「ガヴィ」や「ロエロ アルネイス」、赤ワインの「バルベーラ」、イタリアワインの王と呼ばれる「バローロ」の、
ワイン生産地としての歴史と伝統を兼ね備えた、これぞピエモンテワインと呼ぶにふさわしい4種(白・赤各2種)のワインをご用意!
さらに、江部シェフがこの日のために考えたお食事と合わせて楽しむ、またとない機会です!

今回選んだワインはどれも、何代もその地でワインを造り続けてきた、伝統的かつ革新的なワイナリーを厳選いたしました。

2026January 28 - : We held the first wine party of the new year!
   
Last January 23(gold)at
Under the theme of "A New Challenge for Tuscan Wine",
While respecting tradition, we held a tasting party to taste carefully selected wines from producers who are working on new attempts.

All the wines had a solid axis of taste, and they were all wonderful wines that showed the direction of Tuscan wine today. And I enjoyed these wines and the dishes that Chef Ebe thought of for this meeting, and the conversation was lively, making it a very exciting and good meeting.
We are very happy to receive many comments from everyone who participated, saying, "It was delicious!" Thank you very much.

Next time, on Friday, February 27th, we will hold a wine party in Piedmont.

The 20th Wine Yomoyama Story Meeting
"Taste the coolness of Japan"

Because it is still hot in this season, we have selected valuable wines made in cool production areas that allow you to taste the individuality of Japan wine.

"Chateau Mercian" that laid the foundation for Japan wine Sparkling wine made at Nagano Takiko Winery and can only be tasted in Nagano Prefecture, and dry white wine from Niagara grape brewing, which has been in Tochigi and Nasu for 140 years, is a dry white wine from the Niagara variety of fragrant aromas.
"Domaine des Tengei" in Nirasaki, Yamanashi is a young winery started by a female owner, and the Koshu white wine she makes is perfect for this season!
We also offer wines with a taste that allows you to feel the "coolness" of these carefully selected wines, as well as Merlot wines from Nagano's "Obuse Winery", which has become difficult to obtain in recent years!
