Last year, on January 26th (Friday), we held the 17th Cortesia annual "A Tavola no Kai ~Zuppa di pesce to eat it all~".
This time, "Zuppa di pesce" is a luxurious dish that uses plenty of winter flavors of monkfish and seafood to bring out the full flavor(Zuppa of Pesche)We have prepared a course menu centered on seafood and vegetables.
Then, a total of four carefully selected Puglia and Molise wines, spumante, rosato, and red wines, were combined with the course, and you were able to enjoy the unique taste of Cortesia.
I think it was a very good opportunity for everyone to feel that "red wine is delicious with seafood dishes".
