In the midst of a crisis, we at Ristorante Cortesia are operating as usual while taking these measures as a countermeasure against the new coronavirus.

・Seats are spaced at least 1.5 meters apart and customers are well spaced between each other. If you wish, we can also prepare it in a semi-private room. (1 room)
・Strengthening hygiene in the store
・Enforce hand washing when visiting the store and install alcohol spray
・Use air conditioning and exhaust equipment in the store to circulate air as much as possible.
・Sense of distance between service staff and customers
・Thorough management of staff
Based on these, we are building an environment that does not have the three Cs with plenty of room to spare.
And all of our staff will pay close attention to infection prevention and provide our customers with the best possible safety.
This season's specialty "Vongole Bianco" is in season right now, and we would like everyone who is looking forward to it to try it, but due to this situation, the days are quiet.
