The theme of this time is "New Challenges for Puglia Wines"
While tasting a total of four types of wines from four producers who are taking on the challenge of new initiatives, including wine made from white grape varieties grown mainly in cold regions from northern Italy to Germany, which is rarely seen in Puglia, and white wine made from Puglia's representative black grape variety "Negro Amaro", three types of white and one type of red, while tasting a total of four types of wines from four producers who are taking on the challenge of new initiatives. I enjoyed it with Cortesia's food.
