On Thursday, May 11th, we invited Yuji Ariga, the representative of the prestigious Koshu wine company Katsunuma Brewery, to hold a "Taste Katsunuma Brewery's Koshu Varieties" event.
Katsunuma Brewery's wide variety of Koshu wines and the taste of Cortesia were combined to make it very enjoyable.
Furthermore, this time, at Ariga's request, we used a special glass for Koshu wine from Riedel.
I think everyone felt the difference in taste depending on the glass.
