We held a wine party to taste carefully selected wines from the famous producer "Francis Ford Coppola Winery" in California, USA.
Until now, California wines have given the impression that they are generally solid, but Coppola's wines are so comfortable to drink that they overturn that image, and that Cortesia's cuisine, where you can feel the taste of the ingredients firmly, was all wines that honestly went well with them.
