We held a wine party to compare three varieties of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Zinfandel from the United States and Europe, in the same price range, and with similar scales and ideas.
When we compared them in this way, it became clear that there was a big difference in the way they were expressed, and the conversations of everyone who came to the venue were lively with that story. I hope you understand that it is not about which one is better, but that both have their merits.
In addition, all the wines went well with Chef Cortesia Ebe's food, making it a very enjoyable party.
