On Friday, May 24th,
Traveling Wine Series (1) Under the theme of "Wines Traveling in the Adriatic Sea", we held a tasting party from Veneto in the north to taste wines representing the five provinces of Emilia-Romagna, Marche, Abruzzo, and Puglia.
We heard that when we tasted Italian wines from north to south, we were able to notice the characteristics of each region and understand their strengths.
While talking about wine, Chef Ebe combined the food and wine that Chef Ebe thought of for this day, and it was a very fun party.
