Traveling Wine Series (2) Under the theme of "Wines Traveling on the Tyrrhenian Sea", we held a tasting party from the northern provinces of Liguria, representing the five provinces of Tuscany, Lazio, Campania, and Calabria.
As was the case with the previous wines on the Adriatic side, all of them were comfortable to drink and captured the characteristics of the grapes, and they were wonderful wines that gave a sense of the current trend of Italian wine.
By combining these wines with the dishes that Chef Ebe had thought of for this day, the progress of the wine gradually became faster, and everyone was excited to match it, making it a very fun party.
