Traveling Wine Series (3) Under the theme of "Wine Traveling on the Italian Islands", we held a tasting party to taste five types of wines from Sicily and Sardinia, as well as Ischia off the coast of Naples, Pantelleria in the southernmost part of Italy, and Lipari Island in the northeast of Sicily.
Since it was held in a hot season, we had a selection of wines that were comfortable to drink with a refreshing aroma and taste overall.
The response from everyone who participated was good, and it seems that the combination of these wines with the dishes that make the most of the taste of the ingredients made by Chef Ebe made them even more delicious.
Also, when I prepared orange wine for the first time this time, it was interesting that I had a clear dislike between likes and dislikes, and I would like to use it as a reference in the future.
