Under the theme of "Wine from the Italian Mountains", we held a tasting party to taste wines representing the five provinces along the Alps (Valle d'Aosta, Piedmont, Lombardy, Trentino = Alto Adige, Friuli = Venice Giulia).
While combining wines from northern Italy that give you a sense of the taste of the region, and the dishes that Chef Ebe thought of for this day, we had a lot of fun talking about each wine.
In addition, everyone was looking forward to preparing Barolo this time, and they were very satisfied with the satisfactory taste.
