We held a party to taste Puglia wine, which is made from local varieties of Puglia, has a solid skeleton but feels gentle, and will open up the future era.
Bombino Bianco, Bianco Dalessano, Primitivo and Susmaniello.
All of them are unique varieties unique to Puglia, and you wouldn't know their names even if you heard their names.
This time, while expressing the characteristics of these grapes well, the richness of the original flavor of the grapes and the pleasant taste that can be drunk gently and smoothly were all wines that once again felt the evolution of Puglia wine.
Of course, the food is also prepared with the unique taste of Cortesia created by Chef Ebe.
By combining these wines, we were able to fully enjoy the unique taste of Puglia, and it was a very enjoyable meeting.
